UPDATE ON BURNS VICTIMS

Anwen and Paul are doing really well – they have both been moved from the Intensive Care Unit to the Rehabilitation Yards outside. 

All their bandages have been removed and they are both eating well and climbing the trees in their yards. 

Extra Tours

The Port Macquarie Koala Hospital is open every day except 25 December, from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

There are free guided tours everyday at 3:00pm. From Saturday 21 December 2019 to Sunday 19 January 2020 we will also have guides available for the 8:00am feeding and at 2:15pm.

The first koala to be treated

The first koala to be treated following the devastating bush fires at Lake Innes, south of Port Macquarie arrived at the Port Macquarie Koala Hospital on Saturday.
