It is very difficult for us to anticipate ever-changing postal rates, and for this reason, until further notice, the postage and handling costs for your order will be calculated after your order has been received. You will receive an email that not only confirms the details of your order, but that also clearly states the cost of postage and the estimated time of delivery of your goods.

Koala Preservation Society Australia Inc. are not responsible and do not take responsibility for anyone who incur any fraud or loss of money whilst using this website. We do not hold any of your credit card details on our server or in any of our databases and so if there are any reasons that fraud has taken place it is not likely to be due to this website's process.
